The Kid!
Coming to a bassinet near you August 2009.
6 weeks. This is the picture we used to announce the pregnancy to the future grandparents.
8 weeks, 5 days. The vague, peanut-shaped thing in the middle is my future kid.
12 weeks, 2 days. A full-body shot.
18 weeks, 5 days. Head in profile (nose pointing upward, top of head to the left).
19 weeks, 5 days. 3D ultrasound. I think it looks like a Greenman in this one.
...and a Leigh in this one (think Bill without the moustache). The bump on the forehead is the right fist, not a horn as some have suggested.
Leo learns about his incoming kid sibling. For nerd extra credit, note the copy of Watchmen and the USB-enabled couch.
Sling: check.
Orange shoes: check.
The guest room, ca. 2006. The bed and most of the furniture would be moved out to make the nursery.
The cradle my dad built for me when I was born, which I then restored for my own kid.
